Conditions

1. Requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
3. Products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
4. Returns/exchanges must be requested via email ([email protected]).

Procedure

1. Email order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos.
2. Wait for confirmation from our team.
3. Ship the product to: 1448 McCarter Hwy, Newark, NJ.
4. We'll process the return/exchange upon receipt.

Timeframes

• Exchange: within 7 days of purchase
• Return: within 7 days of purchase
• Refund: within 7 business days after approval

Exceptions

• Customized/special-order products are non-returnable.
• Transport-damaged products must be reported immediately.
